Jeff McCarthy

Jeffrey Charles "Jeff" McCarthy is an American actor. He made guest star appearances on television shows such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Ed, Designing Women, Cheers, Freddy's Nightmares, Matlock, and In the Heat of the Night.
